PosiTrace Personal Tracker allows the use of a mobile phone as an alternative to a GPS tracker. It is used as the simple solution for Vehicle&Asset tracking. The received telemetry is processed in the PosiTrace GPS tracking system. The data is available only for dispatchers and other fleet or asset managers.When the tracking is enabled, the application constantly identifies and transmits the phone position. The location is identified in background and the phone position is transmitted when the application is closed. The tracking status is displayed in the curtain, it can be enabled/disabled in the app main screen.
