The HomeBrite app serves as a virtual light switch for your HomeBrite Bluetooth Smart LED bulbs. HomeBrite uses Bluetooth Mesh technology to connect bulbs throughout your entire home while allowing you to dim and power lights on and off, set schedules and timers, create scenes, and manage groups.Easy Setup
Simply pair bulbs with your Bluetooth smart device then start controlling and customizing your HomeBrite system. No hub, remote, gateway, wifi, or cellular signal is needed.
On/Off/Dim
Turn your bulbs on and off, or dim them from anywhere in your house from one or more Bluetooth smart devices.
Groups
Group bulbs by room or moods (ie. movie night) and control them with a single command.
Scenes
Scenes allow you to customize a group’s lighting effects.
Schedules
Set schedules to turn individual bulbs or groups on or off at a set date or time. Set a recurring schedule to repeat daily.
Timers
Set timers for individual bulbs and groups that countdown to turn on or off

HomeBrite LED Bulb (up to 64,000+) and a Smart Device with Bluetooth 4.0 and Android OS 4.4.4. You will need at least one bulb per device for multi-device control.

1 ★Great idea but after about a month of use, phone can never connect to the light. So I bought a new one and same thing
1 ★App no longer works on my Pixel 2 or my wife's Moto X4. It's always been quirky, but now it just no worky. Sad.
1 ★Out of the box everything work flawlessly. 3 years later Nothing works. Did hard resets on bulbs, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Nothing works, app won't even find the bulbs.

1 ★Many issues. Slow to connect, a minute or so each time, so don't use thiswhere you need to toggle the light quickly. Locks up half the time,requiring a reset. Keeps asking to set a PIN code. Requires your locationor app won't work. Also uses data and no way to prevent that. I will likelybe uninstalling the app and using the bulb as a regular bulb.
1 ★This app gets worse with each update. Crashes. Bulbs no longer work at all.My worst purchases ever. 4 bulbs. Ok, another update to the app June 21.Still garbage, reset lamps for 50th time. No response.

2 ★Although the old version had trouble it did work sometimes. Had to download and reinstall on my phone and now could not get it to connect to the lights at all consistently or even set up programs. The app is a bust as well as the lights since they ignore programming every couple of weeks. Do not buy or use and your waste your time Update 7/1/18: I got through to customer service and they tried to be responsive. The app is now working again, but it took many tries and lengthy bulb resets. Key might be to insure no other bluetooth devices on in the vicinity just the one phone. App still has issues(no way to exit, stays on, fails regularly,hard to reinstall properly as configurations are not saved.) I up'd my rating to 2 from 1 since it sometimes works but is time consuming and unreliable. UPDATE: 6 weeks later and can't connect again. App ask's for a "new pin" everytime you try to connect which makes no sense. Perhaps a day trying to go through the lengthy reset procedures, uninstalling and reinstalling 5 or 6 times will work again. Not really worth it. To bad the updates to fix issues are not a high priority.
