Description
This application allows you to review your activity data by pairing with an Epson GPS watch (GPS Sports Monitor, hereafter referred to as watch).
This application allows you to review the data recorded by your watch immediately after you have finished a tournament or training.
If you want a more detailed view of your data, your data can be analyzed using a Web application (https://view.epson.com/).
The main functions of Epson View
Upload data from the watch:
- Activity data can be uploaded from the watch to your Android device using Bluetooth.
- This uploaded data can then be uploaded to the cloud using the Android device.
View and analyze data:
- You can use cards to organize your activity data by sport.
- Your activity data can be viewed on a map or in a graph. The graphs allow you to compare two sets of data.
- On the trend screen, you can add your body weight and body fat data and then verify your progress.
- You can set weekly or monthly running goals and view your level of progress towards these goals.
Notification:
- Displays notifications on the watch that phone call, SMS, schedule, etc... from your smartphone.
Account management:
- For those using Epson View, please create an exclusive account (Epson Global ID).
* For those who have already created a NeoRun account, you can use this account as it is.
Pairing:
- A watch must be paired when it is connected to the application for the first time.
Warning for when you upload data
- Please keep in mind that it may take a while to upload any activity data containing location information recorded over an extended period of time
* It takes approximately 3 to 10 minutes to upload the activity data from an hour long run

1 ★This has always been a pretty weak app, with unlreliable bluetooth pairing.But today I noticed my phone battery was draining much faster than normal,and saw that 40% of the battery use since last charge was from Epson View.Since I hadn't opened the app, or even had my Epson watch turned on,something is seriously wrong. Maybe even malware in app?
3 ★Worked fine for 3 weeks. Now it keeps crashing.
1 ★Absolute piece of trash app. What good is a smart watch, if you can't even connect it to a phone because of the app's horrible lack of functionality. Returning this watch (2 dead pixels on the screen btw), and steering clear of all Epson products in the future.
2 ★The pairing for the 57 model has stopped connecyed and I can no longer pair the watch with my android phone. Very frustrating. My phone cannot locate the watch. :/
4 ★Everything works fine.
1 ★The app is so bad I don't want to use the watch. I tried to transfer data from a marathon I ran this morning. It kept saying workout not found yet I could see it on my watch. I reset the Bluetooth and it wiped out ALL data on my watch AND account! The app is so bad I don't want to use the watch. I will go back to Garmin.
1 ★Terrible app. I get an error code when trying to connect the app to the watch. Bluetooth disconnects every 5 seconds and have to try a million times to reconnect because the app is really bad. Makes the watch practically useless if you can't see your run data because it won't transfer the workout.
2 ★This app leaves much to be desired. For a "cutting edge” watch Epson could do better.
3 ★Been using it for a week. Worked great the first few days. But after several workouts and days of storing data, it is SLOW. It's hung 9 out of 10 times. Have to reboot the phone to use it. Then the app works once and starts to slow again again. And eventually hangs. Transferring a workout took a dozen tries. Next day it was fine. Next day s l o w. The app is simple to use, but needs work. Samsung phone.
2 ★All this app really needs to do in order to be good is , properly sync with Google Fit! I could overlook every other terrible part of this app, if that one thing worked... But nope. The watch is amazing... But unless you just like seeing your steps, HR, calories, and workouts once, get a different watch. This app makes you wait 5 minutes before it's done syncing with your watch, then when the data is in the app, it is not shared with any other applications you may be using. In fact, after I set up this app to sync with Google Fit, Google Fit stopped working completely... I'm extremely disapointed.
