Description
Die ideale App, um mit Low Carb-Essen abnehmen zu können.Die App besteht aus vier Seiten, die durch Wischen (links <-> rechts) ausgewählt werden können und einer integrierten Hilfe-Funktion (Bedienungsanleitung), welche die Funktionsweise erklärt.
Die Hilfe kann aus dem Menü über den Punkt „Hilfe“ aufgerufen werden.
Die Hauptseite enthält einen Rechner, der aus den Nährwert-Angaben von Lebensmitteln
- Fett (in Gramm)
- Kalorien (kcal)
- Bezugsgröße (gr)
die Punktwerte (ähnlich WW FlexPoints) für eine vorgegebene Portion (gr.) errechnet.
Die zweite Seite enthält eine Liste mit über 1000 Lebensmitteln (inkl. Schweiz) und den dazugehörigen Punktwerten.
In der Liste kann über die Eingabe von Suchbegriffen nach Lebensmittelnamen gesucht werden.
Zusätzlich können die Lebensmittel je Kategorie eingegrenzt werden.
Auf der dritten Seite können Rezepte aus einer Liste mit über 300 Rezepten ausgewählt werden oder eigene Rezepte hinzugefügt werden. Eigene Rezepte können auch veröffentlicht werden und somit den Nutzern der App zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Auf der vierten Seite befindet sich der Tagesplaner mit Profildaten und dem Tagesplan.
