An LAUF10! kann man alleine teilnehmen oder auch in einer der über 200 Laufgruppen. Mit der neuen App kann ganz individuell zu jedem Zeitpunkt begonnen werden - werbefrei und kostenlos.

Die LAUF10! App im Überblick:
- Laufen: Die App führt dich Tag für Tag durch das festgelegte 10-Wochen-Programm. Deine zurückgelegte Strecke und durchschnittliche Geschwindigkeit werden in Echtzeit über GPS aufgezeichnet, die verbrannten Kalorien werden festgehalten.
- Kraftübungen: Die App bringt dir bei, wie Übungen zur Steigerung der Kraft richtig auszuführen sind.
- Rezepte: Die App zeigt dir, wie du gesundes Frühstück und leckeres Mittag- und Abendessen zu Hause zubereiten kannst. Dabei kannst du einstellen, für wie viele Personen du kochen möchtest.
- Gesundheit: Prof. Martin Halle der TU München gibt Tipps, wie sich Bewegung auf den Körper auswirkt.
