Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★I really like this widget. HOWEVER, editing RSS urls is a real pain. Either you type it all out and add it , or delete it. No edit existing RSS urls. Also, would be nice if there was a web search for RSS and just add it automatically.. I think this is DEAD.. last update 2013 ?
4 ★Nice widget, only one minor thing that needs changed if possible. When I go to share an article and the options pop up for what app to share with, is it possible to remove the 'always' & 'just once' option. I share to multiple apps sometimes and would prefer not to click 'just once' everytime. Thanks
2 ★The app is simple and good for beautifying themes with neat lookong news feed. The only concern is that it uses huge mobile data. Maybe i need to disable images but still for showong micro thumbnail images it has consumed over 180mb of data this month
3 ★The app is great for the most part. But it has problems displaying certain feeds that work. I created a widget for certain tumblr feeds and, one feed worked while others do not. I recreated the widget and then none of them worked. If i use settings in the main app to access a widget, it sometimes resets the feeds to the default. Every so often a widget's settings menu resets all configurations to a default or a saved file. These issues make the app marginally useable, but not worth a 5 star. Id be willing to pay for this app if these issues were stabilized.
4 ★Any chance you could add the option to use on-widget buttons to scroll up and down? Would help for launchers that dont support scrolling widgets. Other than that I can't see anything wrong with it
5 ★Nothing shows on my screen, select the saved setup and nothing shows. Uninstalling Update: works well, now I can intergrate news feed to zooper widget. I must have done something wrong B4
4 ★A good widget definitely but it stopped working recently. I can't run it for more than a few days before I get "Loading data..." and it just won't refresh properly unless I reboot or set it up again.
1 ★No updates to any feed, some major, since set up. Uninstalling. I've worked with RSS a million times in the past, and if I'm making a mistake in the setup then you need a more user friendly app that is more ergonomic.
1 ★Great widget until I noticed that it used 167mb of background data in 6 days. That's over 800mb a month.... for a widget. I have 7 feeds that refresh every 2 hours. How that uses so much data is mind boggling. I use Pulse and have 5 times more feeds and I use and update it maybe once an hour and read a ton of stuff with it and that has only used 62 mb. Something's not right here. Also, half the time it just says "No data available" and won't display any feeds. Do I need to find a new RSS widget? Do you guys ever plan on fixing your broken widget?
1 ★I've been using this for months without issues but recently data usage had gone through the roof, 1.7gb in one day. I have it at to refresh every 24 hours so this is ridiculous.
5 ★I have been using this great app for many years with various devices and launchers. Simplicity and minimalism without eye-tiring flamboyant colors and without surface-aqcuiring meaningless voids of other apps. With the ability to customise the environment in a huge degree in comparison with most other news aggregators, especially in darkening every thing so that your eyes don't get so tired. Also no extra news recommendations depending on spying my history. I just love it!! Keep up the good work! If I can pay or donate in any way please inform me. Thank you for keeping it clean!
2 ★This app was working for me for at least a month or more until today when I got the 'no data available' i tried restarting, un/re-installong, clearing data etc but nothing seems to be working. Shame...
