itmMobil@EAM is the complete solution for the mobilisation of maintenance business processes in conjunction with the SAP backend system.As a renowned software house, it-motive AG boasts comprehensive experience and references for the implementation of holistic solutions in the field of SAP-based maintenance.
This demo App shows you some excerpts from the available templates that can be easily adapted in a customer-specific manner. The customer-specific development of appropriate templates is also possible without the need for great programming efforts.
The maintenance jobs from the SAP system that the maintenance technician (or even a group) needs to process are made available to them upon the basis of a scheduling of the maintenance measures that are to be processed in a mobile manner within the SAP system.
From the point of view of having to manually record as little information as possible, the maintenance technician uses previously-defined process-dependent checklists in the SAP system. Following the response (complete with signature), these checklists are linked to an SAP object. The checklist is filed in PDF format.
Object identification via barcode (also via RFID where necessary) is integrated in the templates. Appropriate photographs of the affected object complete with respective photograph processing at the point of origin (e.g. highlighting of a defect) can also be generated upon creation of a fault message.
Jobs and processes are labelled on the mobile end device with a graphic symbol together with the respective processing status.
Text elements can be used within the context of notifications. The text elements can be extended on the mobile end device.
A plausibility test against the previous value from the SAP system can be carried out during the measurement point recording. The measurement time can also be automatically issued by the application.
The mobile application is specifically designed for the use of appropriate text elements. This saves the maintenance technician from having to arduously record texts.
In principle, all templates can be used in online and offline mode.
All templates are configured once, irrespective of the desired operating system and end device-specific requirements (e.g. screen size). This also enables a mixed operation of the end devices and does not require any adjustments when using new end devices.
itmMobil@EAM is designed in such a manner that your company is quickly in a position to quickly adapt the used templates to new requirements where necessary without great expenditure of time and resources. Of course, it-motive AG offers appropriate consultation and development services for this purpose where necessary.
Connectivity to the SAP system is implemented in a modification-free manner via existing standard function modules.
Based upon the definition of the requirements placed upon mobile maintenance, it motive AG offers your customers a holistic solution for both the ERP system and the mobile processing throughout the entire lifecycle.
In addition, further tools (maintenance cockpit, spare parts management, EAM BW Content ElektroManager coexistence solution) are available for the optimisation of the maintenance processes.
Technical requirements
Depending upon the desired operator model, the configuration server can be optionally used at the client's premises.
A traditional server (Windows) is required for connection to the SAP system as well as for the connection of the mobile end devices.
