5 ★love it for the most part. pics are a little tricky until you've done a few. otherwise, its great. Can still have issues with pictures or reviewing them, but the app is great.

3 ★it drives me crazy that I constantly have to log back in. Why can't I just stay logged in? It would also be nice if I could punch in a different zip code and see what's available there but I haven't figured out how to do that if that's possible.

3 ★It does some things well, but does not allow you to change search parameters or access any other account level details. Best tool is probably being able to report shops on your phone.

3 ★The app gets the job done. It is limited in application though. No area search capabilities to search locations for shops outside your currents location if you're going to be traveling. That is annoying.

2 ★the app launches on my phone even when I haven't opened it and I'm constantly getting error messages tried to use it to submit reports but every single time I've tried it I have issues therefore I'm not going to be using it in the future

3 ★This is a decent app, could use some improvements. I can never get the CPI to load, and have to go to my laptop. I would love for the address to link to driving directions. Having the ability to do a custom sort of the shops would be nice as well.

2 ★I like how you can report the shop however I do not like the fact that even though there is the option to upload photos to the shop the app doesn't allow, also the app doesn't allow you to decline a shop and give a reason you have to actually go to the website to do so, there is no help or contact feature if there are problems with the shop or app!

4 ★It works great for searching and logging jobs. Very user friendly. Criticisms would be: I don't like having to manually log out and log in so often. Also the randomly assigned login numbers as a username cause me some grief at times.

3 ★The app is simple and has its advantages over the desktop site, buy it doesn't have any functionality for things like settings or the ability to sort shops by data or location or anything like that.

4 ★Mostly easy to use. All guestions and report form are the same as on the web site. My only complaint is with linking the food picture. I still have difficulty with getting the right key strokes.

2 ★This secret shop app is one of the worst in my opinion. I have tried many, and so do others that I am in contact with and I hate to say this one is underpaid, overworked. My favorite example to give you is this. A gas station last year closed, de branded, and went to public action last year. They removed all signage. They wanted to pay $8.00 to take photos. At the end they ask for more than 40 minutes worth of photos incuding confusing ones. I took what I thought was an excess but nope. 1.7 star
