Denne app er udviklet af Anti Doping Danmark for at hjælpe danske idrætsudøvere og deres støttepersonale med at finde ud af om medicin er på WADA’s dopingliste og dermed om den indeholder forbudte stoffer.Denne app hjælper danske idrætsudøvere med løbende at overvåge hvilken dopingstatus den medicin de bruger har, ved bl.a. at kunne sende notifikation om ændringer til brugerne af appen.
Appen indeholder en oversigt over de medicinske præparater, der udgives via medicinalfirmaer i Danmark.
I Appen kan man lave sin helt egen liste af medicinske præparater eller indholdsstoffer, som man løbende ønsker at kende den aktuelle dopingstatus på.
Appen kan også bruges som logbog ifht. hvilken medicin man tidligere har taget, og i hvilken periode. Dette er bl.a. fordelagtigt i forbindelse med en dopingkontrol, hvor man skal oplyse om medicin brug.
Det er bl.a. muligt at gemme sine medicinske søgninger, ved at sende dem til sin egen en e-mail.
HUSK: Det endelige ansvar for beslutningen om at tage medicin ligger hos den person, der tager medicinen. Det er altid atletens ansvar at sikre at WADA’s regler overholdes, og ADD kan derfor ikke gøres ansvarlig for eventuelle fejl, stavefejl, udeladelser eller unøjagtigheder i app’en eller på hjemmesiden antidoping.dk. Ved unøjagtigheder mellem app og antidoping.dk og WADAs regler, vil det altid være WADAs regler der vil gælde.
