1 ★Negative stars! Things are suppose to get better when an updated app comes out and I have never seen such a fail. We are no longer able to edit the period which is stupid...even more stupid to have the button and not be able to click it. And they tell you to send it in to update the period if you miss. I was so excited when I got my daysy around 2 years ago and I love this concept and I wish more women would use it, but now im pissed. I put my period today, and it will only put it in yesterday.
1 ★I loved the previous version of the app. The latest update ruined it for me. It's much less colorful and unresponsive in terms of moving between different days and months to check on notes etc., and it takes longer to sync. I wish the developers would have just left it as is instead of making things more convoluted.
1 ★I have been using daysy for a few years now and it's been working fine, but now suddenly they have changed the app for worse. Fortunately I did not update it (and never will now) as many say it's horrible and I need to be able to edit menstruation days. Question: I want to share my data with my boyfriend but when he downloaded the new app there is no longer a partner login. How do I share it with him without having to sync it physically with his phone? I want my data to sync automatically to his
1 ★This app is terrible! I love the whole Bluetooth concept, but even after daysy connects to my phone it keeps saying no data found, wait for daysy to fall asleep then try again. This is so frustrating, I'd like to be able to see my cycle laid out on the calendar. Until this issue gets fixed, it's a one star from me, sorry.
1 ★Severely disappointed. Not sure how this even left beta. My phone took this update automatically. The calendar view is not functional. I can't go back to previous days to adjust notes or even see old data. The zoom in graph view was my favorite part of the old version. This one you can only scroll and can barely tell the difference between temperatures. I have since removed this app and installed the older version and turned off auto update until the issues are fixed with the new one.
1 ★Previous app style was colourful, bold, easy to understand and process, basically disability friendly. New app is peeliewallie, text far too small, cluttered, too clinical, and not very disability friendly. The absense of black text in the main diary, made the previous app easier to understand at a glance. The numbers were also bigger. By disability, i mean not Autism, Dyscalculia, and visually friendly. The change from user name sign & personal password, to numbers feels very depersonalised.
1 ★Like other reviewers I believe the updated app is terrible. Why did you change the scale of the temp chart? Now it isn't helpful at all, as you can't visually see the ups/down and compare the months side by side. You can't click on past dates, what is your reasoning for this? I understand apps need to update, but who was in your focus group that decided some features were not needed and a complete visual overhaul was required?
1 ★the app is horrible since they changed the old version. crashes immediately and u can't even use it. the answer I got from the support is that u can use daysy without the app.. well, it makes the use difficult and the app is part of the product! still waiting for it to work. I used to be a happy customer but now absolutely surprisingly disappointed.
1 ★This app is terrible! The new version looks nicer but is extremely slow to respond and after the update. Tapping on a date to add notes is just a nightmare, it just doesn't respond - I have to tap it about 10-20 times before the date is highlighted but no issues flicking through months. Would like to start the week on a sunday rather than Monday. Also want to be able to zoom in on the dates to view temps. The device itself is fine. Just the worst app I've ever encountered
1 ★This is incredibly frustrating. Ontop of the new app that hardly works now I get a constant error message about the battery and my daysy not being able to sync. When contacting customer support about it for the millionth time they just tell me to follow the instructions of the last email. This can't be right. I'm incredibly frustrated. Daysy cost me alot of money and I expect it to be working as it should.
1 ★It doesn't work. I know I don't need it to see my fertility status but it would be nice to go back and see the data. Just disappointing that something so cutting edge and expensive is promoting an app that doesn't even work. Literally nothing happens what I plug in the supply connector cord. It would be nice if they app Daysy tell me to use actually worked :(
1 ★I was excited for this update because I had so many issues with the last app (messed up the data in my Daysy after syncing one time, could never share my data, etc.). This version looks nice but you have to spend twenty minutes trying to click on an individual day and some of the statistics are wrong? The old version wasn't great but at least it responded to touch...
