1 ★Haven't had a chance to try it... I downloaded the app and won't even open. It keeps crashing. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, even restarted my phone, and checked for all updates. Still this app keeps crashing. What a bummer bought this scale, can't use the app on my phone.
1 ★I have had this app running since 01/01/17 and it used to work. However since the last upgrade it will still record weight but as soon as i try to look at anything else it stops. I want to uninstall it and try reinstalling but don't want to risk losing all my data

1 ★App is broken and needs to be fixed. I spent money for the wieght scale which works fine. But it is dependent on the app to transfer the data to my device. Sad thing the app authors know about the problem and they have not addressed it.
1 ★Not Worth it. Decided to give the app a try, despite the most critical review. I should have read further. The scale itself works, but there is no point in calling it smart If it is dependent on an application that doesn't work. Especially if you don't grant it full rights to location and internal files.
3 ★It works fine for me, primary although some of their stats like muscle mass cannot be accurate as I am very fit yet it says I am low. I cannot record weights for any family members. Cannot find a way even though they have profiles.

1 ★The app stopped working, it wouldn't let me look at anything except stats, I filed the info with the app, it immediately stopped letting me in at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app still no luck. The scale was cheap and works well, but the app sucks.

1 ★I've had the app and scale for years, never had any problems until just recently. It just keeps closing out, uninstalled and tried again but wants to access too much info, won't launch without accepting permissions. Garbage app!!
1 ★the app is garbage. it doesn't let you delete entries, gives you crazy readings (like 80% body fat and 200 lbs of bone) and won't sync 8/10 times. could be a great product if they could get good programmers to make them an app that goes with how cool the scale is.
