1 ★Love the classes! Customer service is not helpful, they have no solutions for my issues. I've been having bugs within the app. Whenever I try to play a meditation, it cuts out in the first 3 minutes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the all several times to no avail. Update: when I asked for a partial refund they automatically canceled my service. I did not request this and feel like this is the result of delegating customer service to a bot who ultimately is not as effective as a human
3 ★Meditations only go for 2 minutes then stop.

2 ★App is buggy, opens and then closes right away. Hoping they can fix it because I love their content, I wind up using the website more.
3 ★App has been good until it stopped working this week. It crashes when I open it and I get a message saying there is a bug. If I uninstall and reinstall and log back in it works. But I'm not doing that every time I want to open your app

3 ★I was really excited to start my subscription. Entered all the details. But it is showing me to start a free trial again, after which an error message comes up. I can't use any videos in the app. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to starting my day with a quality practice.
5 ★I use the app mainly for meditation 🧘♂️. The teachers are truly spiritual and it is much better than any of the meditation apps I have tried. This app really helped me build a solid meditation practice. Technically it has problems but I love the content so much it does not disturb me.
1 ★They have recorded sessions with no proper courses. I canceled my membership within 5 days, but later to realize a charge on my credit card, which means they already charged me for "annual" membership. It's a fraud company where they trap you to add your credit card while signing up for free trial but their cancelation does not work. I requested their customer services to correct this and refund me, but they simply denied. Do not fall trap for signing up for free trial to save your hard earned
1 ★Some of the best yoga classes I've found for beginners but you cannot watch anything offline, so if without WiFi this eats through your data. I messaged the dev team but never heard back so assume they don't exist or don't care about user experience
