您知道不論減重、塑身、健身、健康，體脂率都比體重更重要！本App是最簡單、最直覺、最準確的體脂率測量好工具。
本App有兩種體脂率計算方式可選擇：(1) YMCA法及(2) US Navy法，分別由青年會及美國海軍依大數據(big data)發展出來的，準確率都非常好。如果您沒有不便宜的測量體脂機器時，本APP能即時提供您良好的體脂率估計。
您只需備有皮尺、體重計即可開始量測。
為符合大部分使用者的習慣，體重以公斤為單位，身高以公分為單位，而各圍如腰圍、頸圍、臀圍，則可自行選擇以英吋或公分為單位。

(1) YMCA法：男女均需要您的體重及腰圍。
(2) US Navy法男性：需要腰圍、頸圍、身高。
(3) US Navy法女性：需要腰圍、頸圍、臀圍、身高。
計算方式：以下為公制單位的方程式
(1) 男性YMCA法：{[(腰圍*0.74)-(體重*0.082+44.74)]/體重}*100%
(2) 女性YMCA法：{[(腰圍*0.74)-(體重*0.082+34.89)]/體重}*100%
