Nidji adalah grup musik/group band yang beranggotakan enam orang asal Jakarta yang terdiri dari Giring Ganesha (vokal), Andi Ariel Harsya dan Ramadhista Akbar (gitar), Randy Danistha (kibor, synthesizer), Andro Regantoro (bass), serta Adri Prakarsa (drum).Nidji merupakan penyempurnaan nama dari kata Niji yang diambil dari bahasa Jepang yang berarti pelangi. Para personel telah menyukai dan menyetujui konsep dengan nama itu, karena kata Nidji sangat merefleksikan warna musik mereka yang beragam serta berbeda satu sama lain, namun bisa membiaskannya dalam satu warna musik.
Konsep musik Nidji adalah modern rock yang memadukan unsur-unsur lain, seperti progresif, funk, alternatif, dan pop. Grup-grup band yang secara tidak langsung memengaruhi dan menjadi inspirasi terhadap corak musik Nidji, antara lain L'Arc~en~Ciel, Coldplay, Goo Goo Dolls, U2, Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, The Verve, Dave Matthews, The Killers, Keane, dan sebagainya.
