Create an EyeQue account & verify your email
Input your device Serial Number
Take a set of vision tests
Get EyeGlass NumbersÒ – which includes near-vision add based on age (NV ADD+)
If you receive EyeGlass Numbers, you can order glasses online (bifocals and single vision) or easily track your vision over time. *
Subscription – Membership:
EyeQue PVT requires a very small annual subscription per account. Your first account is FREE for 1 year with your Personal Vision Tracker purchase. If you wish to share your device, simply add a new subscription for each person sharing.

How to install EyeQue PVT: Smartphone Vision APK on Android phone or tablet?

Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

4 ★The app wouldn't work on my Moto 4G phone, the practice test worked great, but when it came to the actual test, it didn't work at all. When I looked for info about the problem, discovered it was not designed for my phone. So, I gave the Eyeque optic piece it to my grand daughter, she downloaded this app and it worked great on her Samsung. She got an accurate eye test and found it simple to use. She was able to order eye glasses. It was my fault for not reading everything before purchase.
3 ★Seems to work correctly. I did not read the fine print to figure out that this app requires a yearly membership fee after one year. The test takes less time than waiting at an optometrist office. This product is only for one person. Family members have to purchase their own yearly membership. Too many fees make this app not as economical as expected. It does save time but at the expense of membership fees and not being assessed by an optometrist to detect eye anomalies or abnormalities.
4 ★Seems good. I deducted a star because the two lines don't line up perfectly & there was no mention of that that I found.
4 ★After the first test I got the knack of it. Give it a few tries, and you will master the way to do it. It was a little annoying having to do 3 tests before results. But, overall it's easier, and cheaper than having to travel to a doctor, and pay much more, for the same results. I would have given a 4th star if I could figure out how to delete my first test, that I wasn't confident that I was doing the test correctly.
3 ★The app cant be rotated around and the rubber strap goes around the upper region where all the control buttons. If you tighten the band so the scope doesn't move then you either turn the phone off or reset or adjust the volume. Tried on a Samsung and a Huwai. Also if you accidently hit the next indicator there seems to be no way of going back you either have to ignore the mistake or restart the whole process. Fix those couple up and I'll reconsider my rating.
5 ★This app, with the EyeQue device, gave me a better prescription than I have had in years. Once you the test a few times, it becomes a breeze to do. I recommend you take the test multiple times at different parts of the day to get an accurate reading. Also, make sure you check your PT so the focal point is over your iris.
5 ★The whole process was extremely simple & it saved me a lot of trouble & worry. I have to renew my driver's license in a couple of weeks & just broke my glasses. Due to the pandemic, my eye doctor is booked solid until a month from now. I have to have my glasses to drive so this was the perfect solution! Friendliness, convenience, time & cost saving all in one app. I couldn't ask for more!
1 ★disgusting, its inaccurate, spoken to the customer service and they have not helped at all...cost me hundreds in glasses, this device led me to believe my eyesight was -6.0 and -6.5 , when infact it was -4.0, and -4.50. I followed all their advice on how to use it, use it at different times etc...I followed everything...and I did numerous tests and still it gave fault readings. do not buy this item or use this app....if you value your eyesight and getting the correct numbers for your eyes!
5 ★you have to take your time and practice and practice when you take the test it will seem easier try not to be overwhelmed taking the test is not overwhelming. relax and enjoy the test will be taking better care of my eyes knowing what my numbers are more often. Thank you EyeQue!!!
5 ★I was amazed that such a thing as the Eyeque device existed when I came acrossed it recently. One of my eyes was difficult to work with as I had expected it to be. The other, easy. I have not proven to myself just how good Eyeque is as yet as I have not as yet ordered any new eyeglasses. But the Eyeque device is of such high quality I have no doubt the glasses will be fine.
5 ★This is an affordable resource that is super handy. The unit talks you through the process from start to finish. I didn't need them, but there are additional resources if you do. You can even use your numbers to order glasses. Highly recommend.
5 ★Very simple vision test, it's a little lengthy but it's understandable to get an accurate exam. A lot of eye places are.closed during the pandemic, and seeing as my glasses are nearly four years old this worked great to get a new prescription
