When viewing a web page in a web browser (e.g., Chrome), use Share action and select this app to open that web page in Hypothes.is (using the default browser, not necessarily the same browser) for viewing and editing annotations.(Hypothes.is is an open source project to annotate (highlight, comment, etc) the Web, a "peer review layer for the entire Internet", including a reputation system. Annotations can be private or public, and can form a conversation. A free account is required to create annotations.)
