2 ★App itself is great, and I love Adrienne. She is an amazing coach even online. But the app kept using up data even with it closed, and background use was off. It ate up 6GB of data in 2 days, and it costed me so much money! First time I asked their tech team, with little effect. So I asked to cancel, which they did, very quickly, and though I still had several months left on my subscription, I had no access. And refused refund. Very disappointed 😞
2 ★Unclear that EVERYTHING is behind a paywall. I was unable to find any free videos here (I really appreciate them being free on YouTube; I wanted to try one on this platform to compare the experience before paying). Please communicate that somewhere by making a lock icon on videos or something else prior to clicking to watch and then seeing a subscription is needed. I appreciate seeing what's available. Maybe also give 3 free video streams to help people get a feel for it within the app?

1 ★I love doing yoga with Adriene and was very excited to get the app to be able to download videos but the app does not work. The video constantly stops and starts when streaming so it is impossible to get through a practice smoothly, and the download function just won't load even when on a strong wifi connection when everything else on my phone is working fine. Very disappointing. I notice not all reviews express this - I have a Google pixel 6a, is this a compatibility problem?
5 ★Beautiful FWFG app
5 ★I'm updatimg my review because they have fixed several things and it's even more easy to use now which I really appreciate. My only issue is that after a video, it autoplays the next one on my Amazon TV and there is no settings menu to change this. One of the perks of having the app was that I didn't have to jump up to turn the video off before an ad plays, I was able to continue relaxing in my savasana but now I cant do that because the next video always starts playing.
5 ★The player is indeed better than when I last tried this app two years ago. I'm happy that now I can use my chromecast to use the app on my TV and/or to cast the video I choose from the app. A much better experience, thank you.
