Description

CommonHealth helps you collect and manage personal health data and share it with the health services, organizations, and apps you trust.

CommonHealth now supports SMART Health Card digital vaccine records. NOTE: Paper CDC cards are not supported at this time.

What is a SMART Health Card?
- A SMART Health Card is a digital or printed version of your vaccination history or test results, shared through QR Codes and issued by supported states, pharmacies, and providers listed here: https://www.commonhealth.org/smart-health-cards#link-1
- If you have not been issued a SMART Health Card yet, please watch for news from your state or provider as many will be adding the SMART Health Card option in the coming months.

Samsung Pay and Google Pay users! You can now export your SMART Health Card from CommonHealth to your digital wallet.

CommonHealth is connected to more than 400 data sources and counting (including Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and New York-Presbeterian). Once your provider is connected to CommonHealth, you can choose to share your health records and data with apps and services vetted by CommonHealth for security and trustworthiness.

CommonHealth was developed by The Commons Project, a nonprofit public trust that puts privacy, informed consent, and the interests of people above all.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Amazing app, very easy to use. Excited to have one place to view my health records.
3 ★After all the press for COVID 19 vaccination passports and Common Health's support of that initiative, I don't see anyway to add my vaccination information. When should we expect to be able to add our COVID vaccination to the system? Will trial participants, now unblinded, be able to add their vaccination information?
1 ★Doesn't allow u to upload data. Only works if u connect with health record from hospitals and such.
1 ★All this did was piss me off! I got no further than the pass code. When I tried to confirm, nothing! Goodbye, losers!
5 ★VA hospitals just added. Beautiful new experience
1 ★May be in the early stages and needs improvement. You cannot add your own information. If your health facility is not listed you're out of luck! Not all Health records are digitized. There should be a way to input your own and take pictures of records.
2 ★Nice Start But need all the Apple Health contributors to allow access. I used Apple Health and had all my records , and exported all of them. You need to enable an import of Apple Health data. It is my data, and it is not difficult to read their export. How can I advocate for this? I have complex conditions and need to share my data with new Doctors.
2 ★Not a single provider found. The concept might be great, but until it's more comprehensive, it's useless.
1 ★There wasn't a way to upload my CDC vaccination card or data that I had the vaccine from the New York state health department. Sorry I had to delete it.
1 ★Doesn't work with a rooted phone.
1 ★No major health providers in my mid-west major metropolitan city are included.
1 ★Crash upon open.
