心肺蘇生法や異物除去法などの応急手当の手順等について紹介しています。事前のトレーニングに活用してください。
〈励ましなどの言葉を提示〉
励ましをはじめとする応急手当を実施する場面で、必要とされる言葉をお客様に提示することができます。
〈外国人のお客様にも対応〉
対応言語：英語、中国語（繁体・簡体）、韓国語、フランス語、
イタリア語、ロシア語、オランダ語、スペイン語、
ポルトガル語、タイ語
