Con el objetivo de reactivar la actividad económico/social y tener un control de la población en tránsito durante la cuarentena para evitar contagios, surge Simmov:
Una app que contribuye a gestionar la flexibilización de la cuarentena de manera eficiente y eficaz, y que permite la recolección de datos que facilitarán la posterior toma de decisiones.
Las personas autorizadas a utilizar esta aplicación realizan un registro de los ciudadanos que pasan por los puntos de control, así como también el registro de ingreso y salida de un comercio o institución; lo que posibilita la reconstrucción del árbol de contacto de quienes permanecieron durante un mismo período de tiempo en la misma ubicación. Esta información permite, en un caso positivo de COVID-19, alertar a tal grupo de ciudadanos para tomar las medidas correspondientes.
