1 ★This review is from another phone. Love when devs automatically assume you're a moron. Sorry guys, but since last update, it's hit or miss. It rarely works and again.. since last update, only good for storing addresses. YES...I understand you have to select "start route" both my phones are good, fast processing speed. I know there are new functions and features, I get that. I am not new to how apps work. I'm trying to convey to you that there are issues with this app.
4 ★I've used this app daily for about 4 months. Best multiple stop app I've found but there's one problem. The app's icon that pops up over Google maps will burn the image into the screen and leave an imprint if I keep it open and in the same spot for a long session(+5-6 hours). I have to move it every couple of hours or so. I wish the devs could put an animation in it for a screensaver effect.
3 ★Using the photo option to create a route has never worked right and still don't.it adds extra stops for no reason so when I took a pic of my route that had 13 stops with thos feature it gave me 29 ,so it's a good idea if it would work but I have had no luck so just take they feature off cause the mic and just typing it does a 100% better job. App cost over 169$ a year and there are more apps like this that do more like before and after pics etc. Works like Circuit
5 ★This app is fabulous! I was shopping in an area I haven't been in before and this app allowed me to list all the places I wanted to go to make my route easier. Unfortunately I hit the wrong button and the addresses weren't in the best order. However after contacting support, they got back to me within 5-10 minutes and also fixed the route. I will definitely use this app anytime I'm traveling in a new area.
4 ★This app works well for my use case. I thought I wanted to point out a couple things that I wish could be changed. 1. The quickview widget is way too long and too big. I find that it often gets in the way of directions when I was navigating, or if I use other apps, it also gets in the way. I wish the dev could reduce the widget size. 2. This app itself does not distinguish tolls, it simply finds the shortest route with toll roads included. I wish there is an option to not factor in toll roads.
2 ★New issue: if you select the "reverse route" option, sometimes (but not always) one of the stops gets dropped off of the route list. But if you choose the edit route option, that stop will still be listed. Sometimes I won't notice until part way through my drive. I've had to back track multiple times for random routes now, wasting so much time and gas. It's unreliable enough that I think I'll try a different app for a bit.
2 ★It works but is quirky, has a steep learning curve and instructions are inadequate. Chat support is: "we'll get back to you on your question...." My real complaint though is that they give the impression that you can end premium service via the app when in fact you can only end billing by cancelling through google, a seperate process. Mistake cost me. The irony is that the free version of the app actually met all my needs. I only signed up for premium to support the developer.
3 ★This app was all right! I appreciated the free trial as I only needed it for a weekend when I found Google Maps only allows a max of stops. There was a learning curve but ultimately did it's job. I could see this being useful if you often take long trips with multiple stops.
4 ★For the most part I love this app, but it was being glitchy this morning and I had to Uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. It definitely makes my job easier as a delivery driver and I like it way better than other apps I tried. I just hope that it doesn't stop working where I have to Uninstall and install it all the time. It saves me time in planning my route.
5 ★Makes my job delivering parcels a breeze and saves me a lot of time and frustration. I used to have to either write down all my deliveries or try to memorize them and which order to deliver, but when your delivering 50+ parcels that's impossible. You have to somewhat rely on Google maps which can lead you astray sometimes. And if you're not in an area covered by your cell plan Google won't work, however there are numbered pin points on a map in the app that shows you where to go so that works.
5 ★Just started, but VERY impressed. I will definitely keep using this app. Very helpful. -Update.- Completely sold on this app. At a dollar or less a day or free! (depending on your usage) you can't beat this for the features your getting. It's a logistics manager in your pocket. Only one thing on this app I would change to make perfect. Allow navigation to run in app. Opposed to, switching to google maps, then switching back to zeo. .. not a huge issue. Can cause lag loading tho
5 ★This app is magical!!! It is exactly what I was looking for in helping me with my work routes. You guys nailed!!! Very impressive and very useful! A suggestion ...if you could combine the option to also automatically send out notification texts to customers when we are on the way and one when we have completed our service that would be amazing. Besides that, GREAT JOB ON THIS APP!!!!!
