Description

The SwipeStation App is a mobile ordering service aimed at stadiums, festivals and other large scale events.

The app enables fans to ‘Click & Collect’ their order or have it delivered to their seat (NB this is the choice of the caterer. Not all users will be offered both).

Once you have downloaded the app you can Click & Collect WITHOUT an internet connection. The app works in ‘airplane mode’, so it can be used anywhere in the world - even a busy stadium!

How does SwipeStation ‘Click & Collect’ speed up the queues?
By the time you've got to the bar you have already chosen, ordered and paid for your drinks. This has been proven to reduce service time to under 15 seconds.

How does SwipeStation ‘Click & Collect’ work?
- You enter your order on the SwipeStation app, which will convert into a unique QR code.
- You then scan this QR code at a SwipeStation, situated near the bar. The SwipeStation is hardwired to the internet, so is able to process your transaction swiftly and securely.
- The SwipeStation will print off a piece of paper showing your order, which you take to a dedicated Fast Lane or Bar and exchange for your drinks and food.

How does “Stand & Deliver” the in-seat delivery system work?
- Customers input their seat number and select a bar. They then create their order and select a time slot for delivery. These time slots can be adjusted by the venue manager according to capacity and demand.
- The information is sent to the relevant bar and gets printed off at a SwipeStation behind the counter - for a staff member to fulfil.
- The food and drink is placed on a tray and delivered directly to the customer’s seat, table or standing area.

The SwipeStation App enables you to:
- Choose Venues (or the app will detect your location)
- View and choose from each venue's menu
- View a map of the venue
- Create orders for ‘Click and Collect’ and/or in seat delivery
- View previous orders

How to install SwipeStation APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download SwipeStation APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

3 ★UPDATE: App now working and easy enough to use. I too cannot use the app due to the same login issues. I haven't forgotten the password but I've tried to reset it but the email link doesn't do anything. Disappointing when I'm standing in the ground trying to get a pint!! Tried to send an email too and that bounced back too. Poor customer service that my club is paying for. Will be making a complaint.

1 ★When I try to log in, it says password is incorrect did you forgot it. Not very good English. I know password is correct. I tried reset password link, but it doesn't work.

1 ★I installed this app two weeks ago. It failed miserably, when I tried to use it yesterday at Leicester Tigers Rugby. The app is not user friendly, because it doesn't remember a subscriber's user name (an email address). Consequently, I had to re-enter my email address repeatedly. Surely, this app should include an option to remember sign in details, to enable a subscriber to merely enter a password on subsequent visits. When I tried to order a round of drinks, I discovered that the options did not include the complete range of drinks - and would not even allow me to order a half pint of beer. The app did generate a bar code, but when I took my phone to the scanner, the scanner refused to read the code or print a ticket. By the time I had found a member of staff, the bar code disappeared from my phone. When I reopened the app (I needed to enter my full email address and password again), I discovered it had lost all details of my order. It would have been much quicker for me to pay cash at the bar (which I did, eventually). I hope SwipeStaion won't try to charge me for the drinks. eventually). A complete waste of time!

1 ★Joke of an app its shameful. Filled in my details logged out now can't log back in saying password is wrong. No it's not your joke of an app is wrong.

1 ★I too have login problems got through via twitter and club and the guy who set up app is away and they have to rewrite some stuff

2 ★Login issue still doesn't work nor does password reset. Was a good app but now considering uninstalling. Using android is Motorola moto g.

5 ★Absolutely fantastic! Always saves me time at the game. I wouldn't normally bother trying to use a drink, but the swipestation helps me get one quickly and without hassle.
