1 ★I dont normally rate apps but this is by far the worst ux design I've ever used: - Finicky navigation, - unstable connection to internet despite using 5ghz beside a fiber wifi, - no order cancellations available, - order tracker button is in the app but doesnt work, - order already in order history despite just placing order 5 minutes prior sending this review and not having received it yet. - poor optimization of system. Fix your app. It's a disappointment. It's like a college mini project.
1 ★This is my first time ever to rate an app and I'm giving it one star becausey order was not delivered due to flood but status was put to completed. I was sending a message to the store using the app but I never got any answers. Where is the message history? I can't even get it saved because there is none. I didn't get a refund until now. I was calling Waltermart sucat branch but my call kept on getting unattended. I don't know how to get support for my issue. This app lacks customer support.
5 ★I dont normally rate apps but for this, I made an exemption. The app is very user friendly, not data heavy and also very responsive. Its a no-nonsense flow. I like it. Major improvement from before. (years ago). I dont know why we kept on using other delivery app for Jollibee that charges exorbitant fees when we can do it with Jollibee at a better experience. Kudos team!
1 ★They give "welcome gift" coupon but after availing it, i was told by the servicing branch that it was not available anymore since I failed to activate the coupon which i'm sure i did and also the promo is only up to last month only. But they were still advertising it and i was able to click on the promo coupon. Such a scam. Anyway, should have just ordered with Mcdo.
1 ★I've experienced previous delivery issues but refrained from leaving negative reviews. This time, I urgently needed assistance, but contacting support was a nightmare. Despite reaching out multiple times, I didn't receive a response. Other fast food apps offer live agents. Going back, the rider had already arrived, and I didn't refuse the order as it wasn't his fault. Jollibee's customer service never fails to disappoint me.
1 ★Always telling me i have network problem. Devs, please know that i have a 300mbps both up and down speeds and it is working perfectly well.
1 ★This app won't let me change or adjust my address with respect to the preset address in the map. Even if I move the pin to correct the address, it keeps on registering the wrong address. It's as if my address is non-existent.
1 ★I can't put my address correctly because when I input my address it always pointing in another address or place thats why i can't order in this app.....this was terrible app
1 ★Buggy. Can be improved by optimization and better user interface. -Incorrect text descriptions on orders -Error msg popping up every sec about not having a connection. I just kept trying and restarting the app and eventually my order went through. Too much hassle. -Wont save card info

1 ★This app needs some improvement, when canceling the order please put an indication if the order was cancelled or sent a confirmation immediately so that the customer could order again. When I tried canceling my order, the tracker of my order is still on, so meaning to say, my order isn't canceled yet. Please please make some improvement.
1 ★The map becomes shitier and shitier every like month or two, just return it to the old map, where the address can actually be seen after you put the pin in the exact location. Stop👏 trying👏 to make the map better when the old one works, just look at now...
