1 ★What an unfriendly app. No hints as to format required, however every attempt is wrong. Can't create a new account because there is already an account set up for that email, however the password reset can't find that email in the system. Clunky mobile screen appearance and functionality. Overall I give this app a ZERO.
4 ★Wish you could see payment history with which license plate was paid for and where so you don't have to memorize the parking zone you were just in when you want to add more money. Also wish you could see account balance in app instead of only on a browser. Otherwise I like being able to pay with my phone.
3 ★It's alright but it won't let you pay in increments. I shouldn't have to pay the max amount if I plan on being 15 minutes. If they could fix that and also having to input your credit info each time you run out of funds is annoying. It should link to Google pay or save the card number.
2 ★I would love to have the option to pick the amount of time instead of having to choose the whole day, especially when I only need 1 hour. also you need to prepaid your account with a minimum of 25$. why cant you just link a cc and bill what is needed. I would definitely not recommend this app.
1 ★pointless app. They expect you to input your credit on file and have it automatically billed 25 dollars to "top off" your account rather than jusr billing your credit card directly for the amount of hours you want. Seems like they just want to take your money in advanced interest free. You can just physically go to the parkplus website and input the zone number and license and set how mant hours you would require. Stupid pointless app if you ask me.
5 ★I really like this app. So easy to use. Park a friend option is great. Also if you end your session early you get a refund to your account or you can extend your session depending on the zone restrictions. I love that I no longer overpay for parking.
1 ★Predatory experience for visitors/tourists, borderline scam. App is requiring a minimum $25 deposit for any parking, even if you only need a few hours. Additionally you are forced to pay max time for the day. Better just use the curbside machines... EDIT: Spelling, also developer agrees: visitors ans tourists should not use this app for parking. My rating remains the same.
3 ★Keeps crashing!! I've had this app for a while and use it when I'm working downtown and then claim the cost back from my company. I used it last week to start a parking session and then when I went to end the parking it just keeps crashing. Been a week now and same thing. I have money on there that I now can't use. Super frustrating to say the least. Not sure if it was an update but doubt it as my phone only updates apps when charging/on WiFi and it certainly wasn't Please fix this quick!
2 ★The permit parking portion needs some work. My husband and I both have separate park plus accounts so we couldn't use one email for the residential side which means we both can access that part of it. The problem is I can't see the vehicle's he's registered nor can i cancel them and vice versa so I have to message him to cancel the visitor pass so I can register someone. Also it would be ideal if you could have favorite visitor licenses since most of the same people visit.
2 ★Really annoying that a license plate can only be associated to one account. i need to be able to separate work and personal oarking expenses for the same car. This limitation is resulting in me getting tickets even though i start a session because i have had to create a work around. either create a busimess.profile or lift the restriction please.
1 ★I'm a visitor and am only looking to park for a couple hours. Requiring a $25 minimum to use this app is outrageous. Also a terrible user experience, the map full of parking locations is ridiculous. The PayByPhone parking app is MILES better than this: type in location, pay only for what you need.
1 ★You need to fix the bugs for this app. When I put my plate in, it changes it and I keep getting tickets because of it!! I got this app because it was handy but I'm probably going to delete it and use the pay stations. Very unreliable....
