1 ★Bugs, bought a pack of 10 and saved to validate later, then I see it validated all 10 at once. So I tried to buy another one and it didn't show up under my tickets at all. Tried to contact the customer service and received an error message. Pffffffffff

1 ★"A new version is available, please download it". But I am already up to date... impossible to use my mtickets... really annoying.

1 ★Edit mai 2024 : cette application est toujours inutilisable, une honte pour une métropole de la taille de Nantes. Bugs à tous les écrans, recherche impossible.

1 ★Horrible. Des dizaines de cliques nécessaires pour la fonction la plus élémentaire : valider un ticket. Parfois 5 min de temps de chargement pour la validation effective du ticket qui abouti souvent à un message d'erreur. On valide alors un autre ticket, pour s'apercevoir que le précédent ticket avait en fait été validé et qu'on a payé deux fois. Souvent on ouvre l'application pour constater qu'on a été déloggé sans raison, ou simplement qu'elle est carrément HS. Inacceptable.

3 ★pas intuitif j'ai acheté mes billets ce matin, en montant dans le bus compliqué de trouver les billets ! on me demande un code pour les retrouver sur mon compte or je n ai rien reçu. je fini par les trouver au bout de 5 min !

5 ★Pas de problème avec l'application jusque là. Ça aurait été bien mieux si on pouvait mettre la carte tan d'abonnement annuel dans l'appli. Ça éviterait d'avoir à garder sa carte tout le temps.
