CleanApp es un sistema para control de limpieza con monitoreo en línea para todo el personal. Esta poderosa herramienta realiza el control y auditoria completa del accionar del personal de limpieza: reporte de posición validado vía GPS, envío de alertas de presencia, reporte de incidencias visualizadas durante el recorrido, envío de imágenes capturadas desde el mismo Smartphone, todo esto y mucho más recibido en línea en su centro de monitoreo las 24 horas los 365 días del año.La aplicación cuenta con cuatro botones principales: PANICO - FICHAR - PRESENCIA - NOVEDADES - ASIGNACIÓN
PANICO: Le permite al Personal de limpieza enviar una alerta de pánico, con los datos de posición y la posibilidad de adjuntar una imagen.
PRESENCIA: Consiste en un botón que se activará cada cierto tiempo aleatorio para ser presionado y cancelar el envío de alarma. De no ser presionado en el tiempo previsto se genera una alerta en la central de monitoreo.
FICHAR: Le permite al Personal de limpieza enviar un aviso de ARRIBO o PARTIDA cada vez que llegue o deje su puesto, como así también cuando pase por cada punto de control definido para la posta de limpieza. El aviso será acompañado con fecha, hora y posición en mapa.
NOVEDADES: Le permite enviar novedades a la central de monitoreo, pudiendo adjuntar información mediante una imagen, un código QR, notas de texto o voz y realizar llamadas.
CleanApp es una aplicación multi-vinculo que asegura el envío de alertas, siendo la más utilizada la vía TCP-IP, ya sea por WI-FI o por red celular de datos (GPRS-LTE), así como el envío por SMS cuando la red de datos no esté disponible.
ATENCION:
• Utilice la opción de PANICO solamente si está en una situación de emergencia real. (Dispone de un botón de testeo para probar su funcionamiento).
• Dependiendo de su ubicación la información satelital puede tardar en obtenerse o no lograrse. De todos modos, la alarma enviada llegara a destino.
• CleanApp opera únicamente conectada a un servidor de una empresa de servicios de seguridad electrónica por monitoreo.
• Disponible actualmente en idioma Inglés, Español, Italiano y Portugués. Otros lenguajes estarán disponibles próximamente.
