Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. 1 ★So glitchy! Its very frustrating when trying to answer client questions on the run when you cannot get your app to operate correctly. It really could and SHOULD be more user friendly and we shouldn't have to use a different version. The app should just be fixed to work correctly. I cannot get logged in anymore unless I Uninstall and re install... ridiculous!
1 ★Used this app without major issues for a while now. Bought a Galaxy Note 10 and cannot load up even once for a month now. For a simple app with a basic panel, it is unacceptable to not load and without meaning any offense to developers, no one, I mean no one has the time to waste calling support and dealing with this. Seems tech support always fails to understand that the user is not in front of a screen with a keyboard, but holding a mobile device at hand.
1 ★If I could give this app 0 Stars I would. Both the desktop version and this app are missing one crucial thing for buyer's agents. An interactive map that shows the houses that are listed in the area where you are and you can just tap on the house and get all the information. The desktop version doesn't allow you to print out a map with your selected showing that day without a full report.. I just want the map so I can decide the order of my showing. I miss rapattoni. A much better app and mls!
2 ★The updated version is definitely not user-friendly. Us real estate professionals that rely on this app to search for listings when not in front of a computer need a very basic search system, not some consumer-based Zillow-esque product that obviously has a lot of bugs to still be worked out and is not functional like the old version was. Why this was ever changed to the new format I'll never understand
1 ★Very glitchy. Not sure if it's because I have an android, but since the update, its been very unreliable. I use the filter to search for listings, it says there are 116 listings, but nothing shows up on the search. I've had to uninstall and reinstall many many times. Its frustrating, since I use this multiple times a day.
1 ★For the last 3 weeks since I logged in on my laptop accepted the new change to MLS, I have had to delete this app and reinstall it every day from my cellphone. It is very frustrating when I need something quick from the app and I have to go through the steps of deleting the app and reinstalling it.
5 ★I left a 1 star review earlier today regarding issues with logging in & inconsistent use of the app. Within minutes of my review, I not only received a voicemail follow up with directions on how to fix my concern, but they responded to my review, and sent me a direct email with suggestions on how to improve the app performance. It worked! I definitely give them an A for customer service and prompt feedback! Thank You!
1 ★This app is frustrating. Sometimes it allows me to log in and sometimes it does absolutely nothing. I transfer into an Galaxy from an iphone and I never had any issues with the app on the iPhone, but I've been having issues with the Galaxy. I can get passed the login page.

1 ★Whenever I choose the search bar it takes way too long for it to finally let me fill in what I'm looking for. And now once I can't search it is just showing me a blank page. I also would like it to be able to show us the tax cards. And to save where you last left off so you don't have to look it up again.
5 ★Stopped working with all my android devices. okay, I had to up my review. seems the app won't on MY phones, and only with auction properties. I can't send links from MLS. I spoke with several reps from flex support and they went above and beyond what I expected to try and help. If anyone from the flex company reads these reviews, give your customer service team a raise, they are great!
3 ★My Flex app has not been letting me in for over a month...I just read some reviews and the seen the advise that said to clear my cache, I cleared that and all of the data(just in case) and I am actually in!!! You will have to actually sign back in, but it does seem to work, give it a try if you are having issues :)
