Instead, we use the revenue for the benefit of children of wastepickers through health and education. In Delhi alone, wastepickers process 2,000 tons of waste and save our municipal corporations 4 crore rupees daily. They protect the environment and keep our cities clean, yet remain impoverished and mistreated by society. PickMyTrash uses the money from your waste to help these people break the vicious cycle of poverty.
