How to install PestRoutes Tech APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★App is constantly crashing, or just not loading having to delete and reinstall app multiple times a month. Payments is wonky, can't update cards or other things without app freezing or crashing. Sending documents is terrible app will freeze and crash then delete completed docs. constantly having to have our office send stuff because the mobile portion is broken.
1 ★why does our company even use this app to manage routes?! app is constantly crashing, "internet is unavailable" even when one has full bars and working Internet. the app has a slower interface than tech routes and a major disappointment. unreliable and unfit for our line of work.
