2 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 batang serai, memarkan
Bumbu, haluskan :
2 cm jahe segar
2 cm kencur
2 cm lengkuas
8 siung bawang putih
1 sdt terasi goreng
1/2 sdt ketumbar
1 sdt merica butiran
1 sdt gula pasir
2 sdt garam
Pelengkap :
Sambal Matah
Urap Kacang Panjang
Cara membuat :
Aduk bebek dengan Bumbu Halus hingga rata.
Diamkan selama beberapa jam.
Panaskan minyak, masukkan bebek berbumbu, daun salam, daun jeruk dan serai.
Aduk hingga bebek kaku dan berubah warna.
Tuangi air, masak dengan api kecil hingga daging bebek empuk.
Angkat, dinginkan.
Panaskan minyak banyak di atas api sedang.
Goreng hingga bebek kering. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Sajikan dengan Sambal Matah dan Urap Kacang Panjang.
