Es tracta de l’aplicació ila web Gastromercat, que digitalitza tot el procés de compra de productes, fent-lo més ràpid i eficaç, és una eina de l’Associació d’Empresaris Productors de Venda de Proximitat, la Fundació Institut Català de la Cuina i de la Cultura Gastronòmica i la FIHRT.Gastromercat incorpora un llistat de productors i restauradors que treballen amb producte de proximitat perfectament geolocalitzats.
Incorporem diversos filtres per a distingir als productors i si estan especialitzats en algun tipus de producte, a més d’una fitxa que incorpora imatges i dades de contacte ràpid: e-mail, telèfon.
