keluarkan mie instan dan beri air panas pada wadah, biarkan sampai mie agak lunak sambil menunggu mie aldente, haluskan merica, bawang dan kemiri potong2 daun bawang dan wortel sisihkan. jangan lupa apabila kekenyalan mie sudah pas tiriskan saatnya mulai eksekusi: pertama masukkan sedikit minyak, tumis bumbu yg sudah dihaluskan sampai harum dan matang setelah bumbu matang, masukkan wortel aduk aduk. kemudian sisih kan dipinggir wajan, masukkan telur, biarkan sebentar, kemudian orak arik telur setelah telur benar2 matang masukkan sedikit air agar wortel matang dan empuk. masukkan bumbu yg terdapat pada mie instan, tambahkan kecap, saos, saos sambal, dan daun seledri setelah air agak menyusut masukkan mie aduk aduk. kalo saya suka mie goreng yang sedikit lembab. test rasa. sudah ok, angkat dan sajikan jangan lupa diberi garnish seledri dan bawang goreng
