1 ★Hello, I never seen this kind of app. For 30 days milk packet subscription, why do I recharge minimum 2500 to place order?
1 ★Not receiving OTP. I have tried almost 20 times. I have FTH app and has signed up. Recently I heard about FTH Daily app. I installed it but when trying to login/sign up, I am not getting OTP.

1 ★I recommended FTH to my friends for milk delivery. Most of them faced curdling of milk and had to throw away the milk. I too had faced same issue in the beginning but they refunded my money after attaching photos. I can't ask everyone to buy milk throw it if it gets curdled and claim for refund. Better buy fresh milk from local vendor.

I thank the entire team for the service they are providing. 1 ★When I order any non diary items, I would be expecting it to be delivered as the order is accepted. But the problem with this app is that only when the delivery guy comes I come to know that the item was NOT in stock. They should know this while taking the order or they should notify upfront when they realise stock is not there so that we can make alternative arrangements. This is a bad experience that has happened repeatedly.
1 ★From the past 1 week, I am unable to place an order. Even at 6am in the morning when I try to add items to my cart, I get a response saying we are presently not accepting any more requests, please try after some time! I have to call customer support and get them to manually place the order. I have raised thus issue over call and email with them and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. To get through to them on phone you need to wait for more than 45mins! Really disappointed with FTH daily!
