1 ★Not sure why this app exists along with Mychart. Dislike needing a separate app for every hospital system. Work on integrating the electronic health records between systems instead of going off in your own direction. Not going to use your app. If you move away from MyChart, I will find another system for my healthcare.
1 ★This app has given me trouble since the first time I downloaded/used it awhile back. Opened the app again today & it needed an update before I could do anything. After the update, I now cannot login. Trying to make an appointment & MyChart keeps referring me to this stupid app. I try to log in using my F&MCW account info or the MyChart account info, this app doesn't like any of the options I provide. How is this supposed to be helpful?! I don't want to talk to anyone.... PLEASE JUST FIX IT!!
2 ★My experience has not been good I tried to figure the app out for about 45 minutes was getting a little frustrated decided to unstall app . Now I restore app it's saying I'm in the system but I cannot sign in or it says my email is already taken and then I tried to reset password and it doesn't work this app is wonky it needs work and needs improvement..
2 ★Good for video calls. But all other functions do not work fully or reliably on Android. Especially the messages section. I can see that I have one but it won't show me the actual message body.
1 ★2 years in and it's still garbage! Eternal "update in progress" maybe flawless on apple devices but us android folks get left in the dust. Regardless of wifi or cellular it always needs to be restarted and the biometric only works a few times before needing to authenticate again. This is supposed to be an easy part of my workday and it ends up being another pain in the butt. I'd rather go back to MyChart. At least epic has their act together!
1 ★Have an Android tablet. Tapped to install the app. Received window saying app would be installed soon. Nothing else happened except indication app was installed. Went to find app on tablet and could not. Went into settings to see if the app was on the tablet and could not find it. Not at all impressed.
1 ★The app doesn't work correctly since Froedtert did an upgrade. Unable to get into this app and have tried several different ways and created 3 new accounts. No longer want this app on my phone using up precious data or space. Deleting it!!
1 ★I don't know why froedtert has chosen to change MyChart for this app, I was very happy with the actual app. The new one is very confusing and hard to use. Hopefully I can keep my actual app if I wish, because definitely I won't be using this app. I can't see the entire medical options, like the other, I can't even find my actual information. It's very frustrating I don't like it, I hate it.
5 ★This is my first time using Froedert & MCW and I'm writing a review to tell others what you think before Downloading it from the Google Play Store. For example, I'll have to get use to getting New Features and see if everything's going to work on my US Cellular as well as the Settings App, Device Settings and more. I'm getting Updates daily and up-to-date. My Representative Payee Susan Schmidt helps me get my Wireless and my Cable Bill paid before the due date expires each month. Thank you. Bye.
1 ★This app has always been horrible. I have to make multiple login attempts and sometimes that won't work either. Every page takes so long to load. What a joke. It will log you out so fast too. Make a new app since this is apparently not working for so many others either!
1 ★Login broke for weeks. MyChart never had issues before it started telling me to use this app instead. The login session is obviously bugged. Complained about no internet when using biometrics to login, but I clearly had internet. Reinstall fixed it for now, but still not a worthwhile experience. I expect more issues in the future.
3 ★01/13 Able to uninstall x2, reboot, install x2 and app now working 01/11/22 app won't let me long in now. Won't bring up the keyboard function so I can set my username and password. There should be no reason why this app requires me to turn on Google gps just to read my Froedtert messages. If I say no to the gps, the app force quits. Yes, I will change my rating once fixed
