A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★This pales in comparison vs the iOS version. IT SYNCS WITH STRAVA/FITBIT/APPLE HEALTH, the supersets don't glitch, it has tempo circuits(HIIT style), specific equipment available(dumbbells, kettlebells, etc), the workout screen includes; equipment, EXERCISE VARIETY, & stretch type. All of the above can be easily changed. It asks feedback midset and has the option to log effort used in every exercise. The exercise screen is also superior. Each set has a pic on top with a tutorial video link. iOS
3 ★Either I'm not finding where to report bugs or that functionality isn't there. It's a great app to lift the burden of having to create workouts myself and also introduced me to exercises I never would have tried before. The tracking aspect is also really useful to see how you've progressed in an exercise. The bugs: replacement exercises, creating supersets from existing exercises, updating the muscle group recovery % doesn't save, cardio suggestions are odd.. (8 sets of 2:00 jogging in place)
5 ★Best ad I have ever bumped into The hardest thing about going to the gym for me was being frustrated about how to work out. Thankfully I don't have to think much of what workout to do this app plans everything for me easily and I can just switch out workouts I don't like. It's made it super easy to keep track of my workouts and keep a great routine. Now time at the gym is enjoyable without frustration. Only thing missing is the warm-ups as the iPhone version
5 ★So far, I really like it! Since it creates workouts for me, allows me to change the weights/reps/actual workout, and it allows me to preview the workouts - I am definitely a lot more consistent and comfortable going to the gym. I wish there was a constant free version where a person could get half of the app like gets 2 free days a week and limited targeted muscle groups instead of having to purchase a membership because I only work out 1-2 days a week and only use targeted muscle groups.
5 ★Been using the app for 10 months now and love it. I like how adaptable it is. I can change it when I add new equipment or as my goals change. I like working out alone so it fits me well. The only thing I would change is a more extended free period so my friends I recommend it to can really test it out before they buy.
4 ★Pros: can create GYMs with different equipment for dynamic workouts. Easy to swap an exercise during the workout if it's not available. This introduces muscle confusion that I wasn't getting prior and I am seeing plateaus broken. Reports mailed and over time in settings. One of best UIs. Cons: No integrations in or out. No ability to add things like drop sets, pyramids, rest pause.. Good app to mix it up, not really AI though, if it could use generative AI it would be a beast of an app.
2 ★Mixed opinion: Decent tool for beginners, lacks basic features. I don't expect a workout app to have every single possible movement, but a field to add notes would help with that. UI elements are confusing at times. I cannot tell you how many times I have logged the wrong exercise because I was in a superset, on the wrong screen. Uses INSANE amounts of data, I'm two weeks into the month and it's up to 1.5GB already. No way to build and schedule future workouts and hard to build from scratch.
2 ★The app is alright. I do use it a lot to track my gym workouts, but I'm personally not a big fan of the UX. They try to be smart and set weights automatically, but in most cases it's wrong and I end up with more taps/clicks. I also don't like that there are a lot of exercises that are very similar instead of better grouping them, it should learn from my related exercises and suggest reasonable weights, but no... I end up needing to look up my training history manually.
1 ★Lots of weird choices that neglect ease if use and quality of life. Also, the app disregards your current capabilities and doesn't seem to adjust around your current fitness levels. It is always underestimating my recover, weight lifting capabilities and the amount of work I could/should be doing. It would be one thing if it prefaced the workout as a deload routine, but it simply never factors what I have put in when customizing my weights and ability. Edit: It's even worse than I thought.
4 ★This app has been very helpful. I appreciate all the functionality it currently has. It would be nice to have it integrate with more applications within the Sports and Fitness world like Strava. It would also be great to see it have dance as an option for cardio. I know the developers are getting to the updates as much as possible, but the iOS platform seems to be prioritized. Other than occasionally forgetting that I have purchase a membership and the application prompts me to re-login and buy.
2 ★Mediocre workout tracker, poor workout planner. I previously used a free workout tracker, which I note had greater flexibility than this app (such as the ability to add missing exercises). The recommended workouts are unbalanced, sometimes neglecting one of the scheduled muscle groups and picking multiple exercise variations which all hit the same muscle in the same way. Eg all front delt, no side or rear delt, or all biceps and no brachialis, etc. The constant emails are a bit much also. 👎
4 ★I have used this for over 2 years and have saved money on a gym membership. However, as others have said, the Android version lacks features that the Apple version has for the same price. My partner has an iPhone and has had many features I don't. App works fine otherwise, but I don't know if I'd recommend it to others - it's 2023, you should be able to offer the same app features across all platforms
