Die Entwicklung plattformübergreifenden Codes wird mithilfe der Standardisierung von C, neben einer hardwarenahen Programmierung, gewährleistet. Daher ist sie in der Systemprogrammierung eine häufig angewandte Programmiersprache.
Der Kurs richtet sich an den Einsteiger in die Programmiersprache C. Für die Bearbeitung des Kurses sind allgemeine Grundkenntnisse in der Informatik erforderlich. Der Kurs ist von seiner Methodik her so aufgebaut, dass eine andere höhere Programmiersprache als bekannt vorausgesetzt wird.
Ziel des Kurses ist es, einen grundlegenden Überblick über die Programmiersprache C zu geben, wobei sowohl der 1978er Sprachentwurf von Kernighan/Ritchie als auch der ANSI-C-Standard berücksichtigt werden.
Die schriftliche Prüfung kann online oder an einem Campusstandort der FernUniversität Hagen Ihrer Wahl geschrieben werden. Mit bestandener Prüfung erhalten Sie ein Hochschulzertifikat. Studierende können zudem erworbene ECTS Punkte für ein Certificate of Basic Studies bescheinigen lassen.
