do paciente e o garantirá o sigilo das informações.
NÃO é necessário que você se dirija à Secretaria para obter seu protocolo.Basta aguardar ser contatado.
É muito importante que você mantenha seu cadastro atualizado, garantindo assim que você seja chamado
quando chegar sua vez.Se você mudou de endereço ou telefone entre em contato com a Gerência de Regulação
através de um dos contatos existentes no final desta página.
