La aplicación móvil permite a los comercios adheridos al Programa validar los BONOS DE CONSUMO en sus propios establecimientos antes de aplicárselos al cliente. Esto permitirá comprobar la validez de los mismos y que no hayan sido utilizados en otro establecimiento.Los establecimientos deberán acceder a BUYBONO desde su teléfono móvil con los datos de usuario proporcionados al darse de alta en la campaña y validar desde la aplicación cada bono de consumo antes de aplicárselo al cliente.
De la misma forma, los consumidores podrán acceder a la aplicación haciendo uso de su DNI/NIE y contraseña para consultar los bonos adquiridos y consumidos.
Al realizar el gasto, los clientes deberán presentar en el establecimiento sus bonos de consumo, bien en formato impreso o digital, y se acreditarán mediante la presentación de DNI o equivalente (el documento de identidad con el que se adquirió cada bono).
El sistema comprobará la validez del bono de consumo y que no haya sido utilizado en otro establecimiento y, en caso de ser correcto, se mostrará el botón “Canjear bono de consumo” que, al ser pulsado, registrará el uso del bono.
