3 ★Great app when it works properly. I have reminders set and notifications turned on. The notifications will randomly stop sending and will not start back up unless I remember to go into the app. Not always realistic when juggling the demands of caring for a newborn. When working properly, it's fantastic to have the articles and my care manager at my fingertips. Lots of good information and resources.

4 ★There is a wealth of good information regarding all aspects of your health. I like the messaging feature because sometimes you don't have the necessary time to sit on the phone. They are quick to respond to virtually any question. A few bugs with flip cards and pedometer. That's to be expected with any new system. The app helped my family in getting me to the ER when I was faced with a possible stroke or DVT. Great benefit

1 ★Who wants an app that constantly requires you to do something. Annoying

4 ★I like this app much better than getting phone calls to check in. But I don't like how you have to complete a task every day. It should be 1 a week or so. Its gets very repetitive.

5 ★Great app! I used it for my pregnancy and now postpartum. It's so nice to have daily articles, as well as reminders I have set to take my prenatal vitamins. The care manager access is also so nice and convenient!!

5 ★It helps provide me with descriptive information pretaining to my Diabetes. Helps me keep track of when to take my medications and allows me to be able to chat with my case manager and nutritionist if need be. Also, I can log onto the app to discuss concerns with an assistant at BCBS.

3 ★Meh, it's good to talk to the care provider but I'm not a fan of having to answer questions everyday. I think just having a phone visit periodically would suffice in comparison.

5 ★Im learning more about how to care for myself and balance my life with medicine, nutrition and exercise much better than I was. Plus the interface in the app with my nurse has helped me accomplish several tasks I needed.
