De NAM Ondernemingsraad wil door de OR Connect app participatie van de NAM-medewerkers toegankelijker maken. Om meer betrokkenheid te creëren en snellere communicatie met alle medewerkers of een groepering. De input van de medewerkers kan de OR een beter inzicht geven m.b.t. een consultatietraject of onderwerp en hierdoor kan de OR een completer beeld vormen. Belangrijk te benoemen is dat alle gegevens en input door de medewerkers anoniem worden verzameld. Door ontvangen van push notificaties worden de medewerkers geattendeerd dat er input gevraagd wordt of als er een nieuwsbericht is. In een overzicht van alle OR leden wordt de mogelijkheid geboden om rechtstreeks via e-mail contact te krijgen. Deze app is alleen bedoeld voor NAM-medewerkers.De OR Connect app biedt 3 functies:
• Opinion; hierin worden vragen gesteld of meningen gevraagd over een consultatietraject of onderwerp.
• News; nieuwsberichten van de OR
• OR Staff; OR leden zijn rechtstreeks te bereiken via een mailoptie.
