ACTIV365 Consulting is an executive and life coaching firm founded by me - Robert Banks. My passion for improving inter-personal relationships and communication in my own life, combined with my desire to help others grow and succeed, provided the foundation for my coaching business. Prior to becoming a coach, I had established a long-standing history with family, friends and co-workers as a confidant and key resource offering counsel, a supportive ear or a strong shoulder for others that produced positive outcomes and often life-changing events for people. With the goal of refining my existing skills, I enrolled in one of the top coach training programs in the industry.
