Pertanyaan dapat meliputi berbagai topik termasuk, tapi tidak terbatas pada,pembagian waris, pevrkawinan, perceraian, jodoh, mimpi, bisnis, halal haram, cara taubat, dan lain-lain. TOPIK UMUM
- Pertanyaan harus ditulis rapi tanpa singkatan. Pertanyaan yang ditulis dengan singkatan akan dikembalikan dan tidak akan dijawab sampai penulisannya diperbaiki. Mengapa harus rapi? Karena pertanyaan dan jawabannya akan dipublikasikan di website www.alkhoirot.net.
- Semua pertanyaan dan jawaban akan dipublikasikan di situs resmi KSI Al-Khoirot yaitu www.alkhoirot.net.
- Pertanyaan dikirim melalui email ke: alkhoirot@gmail.com. Pertanyaan yang dikirim melalui media lain tidak akan dilayani.
TOPIK HUKUM WARIS ISLAM
Semua aturan untuk TOPIK UMUM berlaku juga untuk TOPIK WARISAN dengan tambahan sebagai berikut:
(a) Menyebut tanggal, bulan, tahun kematian pewaris. Ini penting karena ahli waris yang wafat lebih dulu dari pewaris tidak berhak mendapat harta warisan.
(b) Menyebut ahli waris utama baik yang masih hidup dan yang sudah wafat saat pewaris meninggal. Yang dimaksud pewaris utama adalah ayah & ibu, suami & istri, anak kandung laki-laki & anak kandung perempuan. Untuk anak kandung harus disebut jenis kelaminnya.
(c) Kalau ahli waris utama tidak ada atau tidak lengkap, maka ahli waris sekunder yang masih hidup saat pewaris meninggal harus disebutkan. Ahli waris sekunder yaitu Kakek, Nenek, Cucu Laki-laki, Cucu Perempuan, saudara kandung laki-laki perempuan, saudara kandung sebapak laki-laki perempuan, saudara kandung seibu laki-laki perempuan.
