2 ★I miss my Samsung. This app doesn't let me limit individual apps. It doesn't connect well for me to lock and unlock the tablets. It's not as user friendly as our samsung kids app. And it doesn't allow for apps like Adventure Academy.
2 ★Accessing the dashboard from my phone is a hassle. Why not use fingerprint or a pin to let me configure or pause my kid's device? It always requires both password and 2FA code.
1 ★I literally just downloaded this because it caught my eye. Tried inputting the password to buy a book, and no matter how many times I've tried, it doesn't go through. Not worth it.
3 ★I have tried and tried to get ABCMouse on my daughter's Amazon Kids+. This was the whole reason I bought the kindle kids tablet so she could do her lessons. Why can't I get this app on her tablet!?
1 ★Downloaded the app because my 4yr has a android tablet now and missed some of his games from his fire tablet. Thought this would be a good option but it doesnt even have all the games. Its a waste of time!!!!

1 ★Cannot access sago mini games which is why I downloaded it. They're available on my children's Amazon tablets...I don't understand it.
1 ★Graphic novels depicting suicide and torture are available with an age restriction of 7yo. When I alerted Amazon, they said they'd "look into it". As of now the content is still available on the app.
