1 ★Tried one doc (Dr. OGI) twice, & another one (DR. MARISSA) once. First of all, if you have to exit the app, it ends it right there. Some of us have jobs & other things going on & can't sit there with the app open day staring at it waiting for an answer that never ever comes. Seems pretty fake to me!.....UPDATE!!! Had some time & left the phone sitting there with chat open. Took a bit & finally got a reply from Dr. Marissa. So not worth it. Would have had better luck asking my cat! Can't be real docs. Ugh!

4 ★This app is brilliant, I've been suffering and I can't afford time off work to go to the doctors a lot. I thought I'd find out before taking it further and the doctors on this app answered everything for me and really helped me out! Made me feel confident that they were legit as they gave the same results my doctor did. The only one downside was I can't go back and look at my conversation, this could be very helpful and reassuring if conversations were saved and I can keep tabs on info and advice!
4 ★It took a fair while for Dr to reply, My particular situation was a little worrying so it kind of intensified the stress level. But all questions were answered and it's a very useful app especially if your uncertain if your situation requires a hospital trip or not.

5 ★Dr. Rima did a great job answering my questions i have the three little spots that look like rashes and i tried to self diagnose on google all that did was cause me panic because the biggest one came up as shingles after i sent a pic and gave a discription she said its most likely allergies and prescribed benedryl and hydrocortisone cream to see if it helps and then as i was ending the conversation i remember another concern ive been having with frequent heartburn which she said was gurd very helpful!😃
