Available only to permitted users with a current subscription to a Vigilant Vehicle Manager or Client Portal hosted service.

2 ★I have never been able to succesfully use the app. It either won't let me log in or just runs when I make a query and never shows results. Great idea.... Poor development of the mobile app. update: app seemes to operate much better after uodates until recently.

1 ★Use this system at work and their software is great... Try to use this in the field but won't load or freezes. Don't waste your time.

5 ★I read the previous comments and makes me curious as to why so many state that they have issues. I use both Android and iOS versions along with the web based access. Never have had an issue with any of them. The connection issues maybe attributed to the cellular provider sending and receiving datapacks. My Android is GSM and works off of any GSM network (At&t, T-Mobile and Cellular One), my iPhone is a Verizon and my laptop uses an At&t aircards. Other than times when there are internet network issues and ALL web based services are lagging, I have not had any issues using this system. I noticed one entry indicating the inability to register. This app is for officers who already have access to the LEARN service through their agency. It's not a service available to just anyone. It's a paid service for agencies and the app serves as a mobile version of their already web based access. This review was posted Jan 24th, 2016.
