Please note: An active RCC membership is required to use the RCC app; riding virtually in Zwift requires an active Zwift subscription through the Zwift app.

1 ★Unable to download GPX routes like the iphone app is able to. Links are broken in chat. Loads very slowly. Needs to be fixed asap. 6/18 - loads fine, still no ability to download routes, or even see the route now. Haven't had a link in chat to test.

1 ★still broken. Bugs: Crashes when uploading photos. Ride time is offset by 4hrs (NY USA). Cannot edit rides after creation. Cannot manually update distance of event. Pressing send multiple times on chat will send the same text to the chat again. Chat on ride is slow to load. Chat is not initially organized or grouped by ride. Cannot take a screenshot. Links in text area don't work. Text area is not scrollable. Cannot upload gpx routes, doesn't say which routes are supported.
1 ★So many problems. This app is completely unstable. I ride often with RCC and although I like the concept behind this app, it simply fails. Rapha, if you are reading this, your clothes are on point, but the app is bollocks.
1 ★This app doesn't allow you to follow posted links from ride coordinators or copy the link to paste. It doesn't filter ride information by club or country, which is silly. Why would I want to see what riders across the world are doing at all times? Why isn't there an option to filter it? Loading is incredibly slow, and sometimes just hangs. For a "feature" of a paid membership, the condition of this app is inexcusable.
1 ★Poor members app in need of some serious work. With Strava and similar appsavailable I see no benefit in using rapha to track your ride, instead thereshould be member specific content, perhaps access to the podcast orsimilar. It crashes often, I'm unable to specifically search for members Iknow, I can't seem to set alerts for certain rides that are being releasedwhich I would like to participate in, the chat functionality seems odd.Rapha, I think you need to overhaul this for it to really be any use toyour members.

1 ★Rapha's App & Website is terrible. I am a RCC member & certain functions donot work (e.g., joining rides in certain cities like London). Get ittogether, the App stinks!
2 ★Chat doesn't load, just spins indefinitely. Location sometimes bugs out andcan't find nearby rides. Can't copy GPS links from the ride text. Ridetracker is pointless - I can't imagine anyone who pays to join rcc doesn'talready have a garmin/wahoo and strava. Ditch the tracker and put theenergy into the community aspects
