A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★For medical appts, had repeated problems w/Zoom so took offer to use Spruce.. 6mo now? (2/'21) & much prefer Spruce. Simply downloaded app & take the call at appointed time. Good sound & video quality. Tried once to reverse images (to me big/her small) to better see what she could see when I wanted to show her my surroundings. I was unable to, but it's possible that I just didn't know how. They're starting a new service beginning next appointment. Not sure why but hope it it's as good as Spruce.
5 ★Like other reviewers, I wish the app had a fixed calendaring feature, so I didn't have to scroll all the way up to the beginning of a conversation to make an appt. I also wish I could address my concerns to different departments, instead of their being only one messaging box. Otherwise, no problems using and no dropped calls!
5 ★Spruce app is always reliable, with clear video and sound unless someone on video is in a moving vehicle, then it glitches video. Otherwise, it's a very solid app. Never had to worry about my doc not getting a message or not receiving a message from her. Also, it's wonderful that when someone messages you back from the office, it tells you exactly who is from. Nurse, Receptionist, Scheduler & Doctor with their name and credentials right by the messages. Thanks! Keep up the good work.
5 ★Easy way to send quick, secure texts to your doctor, or reach out for urgent issues. Better sound processing than Zoom. With Zoom, if two people are making sound (e.g. laughing) oftentimes it blocks one person so that only one person is transmitting. Makes for a robotic conversation because if you start to finish someone else's sentence it blocks their sound and transmits your voice only. Spruce doesn't have any of that. More natural flow to the conversations. Sometimes has spotty quality.
5 ★Absolutely incredible app. I'm 31, so I'm used to having to go into the Dr's office for everything. This app allows you to text, and be able to video call for your appt instead of having to physically go to your doctor's office. It's so convenient to just be able to text the office for refills or if you have a problem etc. Especially since I'm a stay at home mom with no help/no babysitter. I guess it depends on the office, but my Dr's office always gets back to me super quickly. LOVE this app
5 ★I use spruce for my virtual therapy sessions and I've never had a problem. I can hear wonderfully, I can see wonderfully, it doesn't come in and out, it's consistent. The therapist also uses spruce and she introduced to this app. I can depend on spruce. Rating this app again and still using it fatefully every week and one week out of the month I use it twice during that week. I have never had a problem everything is always clear visually and audiologically.
5 ★First telehealth appointment ever, provider listed detailed instructions on what to do (Spruce being one of them) and how to do it. Spruce was absolutely the easiest and simplest app to download, create an account, and use with my provider as instructed. Just open the app (auto signed in) and wait for the call! Video and audio were crystal clear, no interruptions or lagging either. 10/10
5 ★Works as advertised. I have used the app for several months without major problems. I have had issues with video meetings crashing when I connect using Wi-Fi which is likely a limitation of my home network. I have little or no issues when I connect via cell phone networks including 5G.
5 ★Absolutely the most wonderful thing that's ever happened in my life. If you use this app and deal with the people at relief Mental Health you will be very satisfied! Edit: I forgot to mention that when I did have a small problem with my profile needing updating the support staff for the app was fantastic! They responded right away, fixed my issue, and even sent me a reply when I thank them for fixing my issue and told me to have a great weekend! Very unusual for a support staff for a app!
5 ★Update 2023: Still a great app. Having never used an app to see a Doctor, I was concerned. However, the appointment went well and we had no interruptions or problems. My only issue, would be the waiting for the doctor to initiate the video call. It caused me some anxiety not knowing if and when they were going to initiate the call. Maybe Spruce can put on some elevator music to pass the time while we're waiting?
5 ★Excellent communication tool. Excellent support. We have been able to add integrated inbox with secure messaging, texting, automated workflows to VOIP phones and fax and telehealth for only $10 more per month than our phone and fax was costing us. Scheduling messages allows easy follow up. I do wish you could schedule recurring messages but hopefully that will come in the future.
1 ★Useless. Provider wants to be contacted SOLELY though this app. When sending a message, there is no indication if it has been seen or if it even will be seen by a real person. It gives robo responses based on keywords, but the response is not relevant- and after pushing one of the reply options that it gives you, nothing happens to indicate that your response has been received or that you will receive a reply. It also does not support tablets or landscape mode.
