Bedienungsanleitung:
1. Tragen Sie ihren unangenehmen Gedanken in das entsprechende Textfeld ein.
2. Wie belastend fühlt sich der Gedanke auf einer Skala von 0 bis 10 an? Tragen Sie diesen Wert auf der Skala der Belastung ein.
3. Wählen Sie nun die beliebige Geschwindigkeit und die beliebige Tonhöhe aus.
4. Drücken Sie auf den Knopf "Raus aus der Grübelfalle"(mindestens 10 Mal) und hören sich ihre unangenehmen Gedanken
5. Wiederholen Sie Schritt 3 und 4 mindestens 5-mal mit verschiedenen Variationen.
Die Stimme soll möglichst unnormal klingen. Je extremer die Geschwindigkeit oder Tonhöhe ist, desto wirksame ist die Übung.
