1 ★Complete bovine excrement. Wanted to pair smartphone and DSC qx10. Signed up for new account, well tried to. Unable to connect to server plus other errors. Complete waste of time.
1 ★I'm not sure who decided to rename PlayMemories mobile to PlayMemories online and remove the image transfer capability (from camera). That person is a sadist. Having to go through account setup and all that jazz to find out you can't do what you were able to is great. Imaging edge mobile. Whoever named the camera transfer app imaging edge mobile is a sadist. Sony seems to go out of it's way to make their ux the worst they can.
1 ★I used to be able to use my smartphone as a remote for my Sony a7sii. Now it just uploads photos. What am I supposed to do with that? Like I can't find a better way to transfer photos? Seriously useless.

1 ★Download app to transfer photos from my new Sony camera. Epic fail. This app is only for you to upload your photos on your phone to the Sony cloud. Dear Sony, google has that covered for me. I needed an app to move photos from my camera to my phone. Please provide a basic app to do this, your competition accomplished this years ago!!! So far my Sony DSC-Hx80 has been a disappointment.
3 ★Is there anyway I can get the old play memories app back? I waste more time trying to get the Imaging app to work then an entire photo session. Why bother having this app at all? It max's out at 5gb You folks need better tutorials. You use the same tutorial for each class of camera. It's confusing some cameras are 10 years old in the same class. 1 ★Garbage disappointing garbage I have a bunch of Sony cameras I love them and I'd love to use an app with them for control viewing and what not. That is something this app WAS SUPPOSED TO DO but Sony has messed it up. The greatest thing is there are constantly "fixing" and doing "maintenance" As they post on the website but the app becomes more and more unusable all you can do at the time of writing this is upload photos to a cloud from your phone not even from the camera and only5gb in the cloud

This app worked well 2 years ago...I have a new Huawei P20pro and re downloaded the app which has changed...The Playmemories does not Work anymore..Which is a shame I do a lot of photography and used the app to control the Camera but now its not working at all..What have you done SONY...>
1 ★I used to use this app to transfer pics from my dslr to my phone. Used to be very easy, then the new version came out. I had to give out a bunch of private info to make an account, and when the verify email link finally worked, the app did not. It can't find my camera, can't connect to the wifi, nothing. Terrible
