Please switch the video Standard(PAL/NTSC/SECAM) if video freeze when using EasyCap.
Please use a good quality OTG cable and ensure power supply. Some devices may need to bridge HUB to enhanced USB signals to work properly, e.g. Elgato Cam link, ezcap Video Grabber.
Using HEVC for video recording/streaming requires Android 5.0 or above, and the device must supports HEVC codec.

"USB Camera" can mix USB Audio with a built-in microphone and output.
"USB Camera" can push the video and audio to RTMP/SRT live media server and use for network live broadcast. "USB Camera" can add timestamp, GPS, speed and other info on the video frames while recording and can use your headset or Bluetooth headset to capture snapshot and record video. It also supports WebCam's snapshot button.
"USB Camera" supports loop-recording. Can set auto-segment when recording and auto-delete old video archives when no enough storage. "USB Camera" can be used as "Dash Cam"
USB Camera can seamless switching between foreground and background. Just press 'Enter background' from menu. The recording will not interrupted during switching!
It support auto video recording which based on Motion Detection and the video record can be uploaded to FTP server automatically and notify you via Email!

IMPORTANT! On Android 9 and above, Camera permission is required to get fully USB Video device access. Don't worry, the application does not contain any function/code to visit built-in camera because it is unnecessary.
This is userspace driver so it used for the app only. Android does not allow to install kernel driver so it unable to use for third-party apps.

4 ★Works well after so many other apps didn't work at all on the boroscope using my oneplus 7T. You just don't get to adjust the important settings without purchase even though there is a continuous ad ticker right in the way at top of the screen. They could have put the ad ticker under or over the view of the camera with the view ratio only needing a portion of the screen which is why it lost a star in my rating.
5 ★Finally a USB camera app that doesn't freeze within 10 seconds. I don't know how old this app is. Last time I tried and uninstalled 4 or more apps. That was months ago. I tried again and found this one. And its a keeper. No weird changes to your phone. Just an app that actually does what I downloaded it for. And for that I take the effort to give you a positive review. Thank you. If it continues to work well I will buy pro.
5 ★I was skeptical at first but decided to try this app. The app works really well and is easy to use. I needed an app like this for a cheap endoscope camera I bought on Amazon and this is the ONLY app that it works on. It can take pictures and record with audio from your phone if your endoscope does not have one. Yeah you might get an ad or two but hey it works and it's free.

Before this software I thought the hardware or webcam I purchased was never going to work. I have read some of the negative reviews and based on what I've been through it must be user error. 5 ★I installed the free version on android 9.0. It works perfectly with my UVC OTG endoscope! The user manual specifies to use 'this' app for the camera. It's trouble free! The ads are confined to a tiny area above the image. The dev really seems to care. There are tons of controls to make adjustments to the image, and you can record frames and video. This app is in my top 5. The poor reviews are from users with wrong kind of camera or really old android version. It works with UVC type device.
1 ★This WAS the best app for an Android USB camera. Had Pro version before, it stopped working. Uninstalled. Tried again with free version after an update, it worked great until the next update. Back and forth like that for years. Latest update apparently favors showing you ads over making the camera work. Don't use this app. It's not stable.

5 ★worked as expected and i paid for the pro version. I have a Depstech endoscope connected to a tablet with an OTG cable. The only issue I has was intially there was no picture. I went into settings and turned off the h.624 HW accelleration as this is a cheap tablet and BAM, there was a crystal clear image. The settings and camera controls are very detailed and the pinch to zoom is a nice feature.
4 ★Great app! I've used this application off & on for almost 2 years now. It never fails me when I need it! Works perfect, even with an older tablet I have no issues running this camera. Great display settings that even without a night vision camera I have àmazing clarity.
4 ★works great but I have a pixel 3 so anytime I attach my headphone adapter it pops up asking me if I want to launch the app. Whats annoying is I have now spent 20 minutes with google support trying to figure out how to disable this pop-up since there is no option to stop this in the pop-up on in the app. So far My only option is to uninstall and reinstall when I want to use the app.
4 ★Found this app after searching for a USB To Webcam interface. Works with a no name cheap amazon usb scope. Thank God cause the original app for the scope didn't work at all. Made my CNC leveling job much easier! Although the video would randomly turn off and on. Small price to pay when it's the only app that works
1 ★Does not make USB cameras available to other apps like Zoom or the default camera app on my device. I need a better camera than the integrated cameras on my tablet for video conferencing. And this only allows the tablet to detect the USB camera in the app - not across the whole tablet for other apps to use. I'm sure this app is great for taking stand alone pictures and video that can be viewed later. But this does not allow apps like Zoom to access an external USB camera.
